Fort Greely, Alaska Base Operations Services (BOS)
KAYA performed a full suite of Base Operations Services for Fort Greely, specializing in public works, requirements documentation, planning, facilities engineering, and environmental services. We provided Fort Greely with services in mission-critical areas of base operations, including access control services, custodial services, facilities maintenance and repair, environmental services, engineering services, lodging and housekeeping services, pest control, and fire alarm services. In addition, we operated the Fort Greely visitor’s center and provided Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) support.
On-Site Engineering Design Services at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC)
KAYA provided facility planning, engineering support, architectural-engineering (A-E) design services, master planning, construction support, as-built preparation, and cost estimating for facility modifications, repair, construction, and maintenance at the George C. Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), Alabama.
Fort Greely Garrison Security Services—Fort Greely, AK
KAYA provides Security Escorts to monitor the activities of the construction crews involved in the construction, maintenance and repair at the Fort Greely, Alaska Missile Defense Complex. Security Escorts monitor all activities of the construction crews to ensure no individuals enter a secure area alone. Security Escorts ensure construction personnel are met at the main entry control point and escorted to the construction site and then monitored at the construction site for conformance with all security policies and regulations.
